The HEXACO personality inventory (free)
If you complete the inventory, you will indicate your agreement or disagreement with various statements of the kind, “I like to watch television” or “I often go for walks”. This will result in six domain level scales: Honesty-Humility, Emotionality, eXtraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness & Openness to Experience, and in 24 facet level scales. More details about the scales can be found here.

The Jung typology test, also knows as the Briggs Meyers test. This test will give you a 4-letter type formula that will show you the strengths and preferences of your personality type. I am an INFJ, interested in what that means? Read more about the 16 different personality types.
Compare countries (free)
I have talked about Hofstede before in several of my blogs. One of my favorite tools is the “compare countries” tool. This tool allows you to see the values for all six dimensions and you can compare up to three countries.

If after comparing countries you would like to know and understand the impact of your own cultural value preferences and potential behaviour, you might like the The Hofstede Insights Culture Compass™. This tool shows your your impact while working with people from selected countries.
